Kaitlynn - Down But Not Out

During the first half of her match against Columbia's Lady Arsenal squad, Midfielder Kaitlynn Wallace suffered what appeared to be a nasty ankle twist during a rush to the goal. A very tense break in the action had Coach Laurie and Coach Mike helping the ailing Kaitlynn to the bench and the team concerned about their teammate's well being.

However, after a brief break on the bench (and some encouraging words from Mom, Jenny), Kaitlynn was back on the field. Although she seemed to favor the ankle a bit in the waning moments of the match, she continued to give her all and finished up strong.

Great job, Kaitlynn... Way to show that Heat spirit!
